CIORBA DE BURTA
Ingrediente:
1/2 kg burta (curatata si apoi cintarita), 1/2 kg zarzavat de supa (morcov, patrunjel, telina), o ceapa mare (100 g), 6-8 catei de usturoi, o lamaie, 1-2 galbenusuri, 100 ml smantana, cca. 300 g oase vitel, leustean, patrunjel, telina (frunze).
